How long does it take to study German Language?
German language studies usually take 6–9 months to reach the required level (B1 or B2), depending on your program and personal progress.

We do not offer scholarships. What we do is support students in finding cost-effective programs in Germany
What is Foundation Year?
Foundation Year (Studienkolleg) is a one-year preparatory program designed to bridge the gap between the Kenyan education system and German university entry requirements. It equips students academically and linguistically before joining a bachelor’s program.
What is Open Ausbildung and which courses are available?
Open Ausbildung refers to vocational training programs in different career fields in Germany. Available courses include IT, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Health, Retail, and more.
What is the difference between Open Ausbildung and Hospitality & Nursing?
- Open Ausbildung: Covers diverse vocational fields like IT, business, and logistics. 
- Hospitality Ausbildung: Focuses on hotel, tourism, and restaurant management. 
- Nursing Ausbildung: Specializes in healthcare and patient care training. 
What are the requirements for Nursing Ausbildung?
- KCSE certificate (C minus and above). 
- German language proficiency (B2). 
- Motivation letter & CV. 
- Commitment to work in healthcare. 
What are the requirements for Hospitality Ausbildung?
- KCSE certificate (D+ and above). 
- German language proficiency (B1).

What are the requirements for Bachelor’s Program?
- KCSE with C+ and above. (Kenyan System) O & A level (International system, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania Systems.) 
- Completed Foundation Year (Studienkolleg)/ One academic year in Kenyan University. 
- German or English language proficiency (depending on the course). 
- Valid passport, CV & motivation letter. 
What are the requirements for Master’s Program?
- Recognized bachelor’s degree. 
- German or English proficiency (depending on program). 
- Recommendation letters, CV, motivation letter. 
- Valid passport & academic transcripts. 
Is there age limit for the Ausbildung programs?
Yes, Ausbildung programs generally accept applicants between 18–35 years. Nursing Ausbildung may allow up to 40 years in special cases.
Do I need to know German before traveling?
Yes. Ausbildung you need at least B1 or B2 German level depending on the course. Bachelors and master’s programs (a part from medical related courses) are offered in English, however, A2 German language is recommended.
Do I need IELTS to study in Germany?
For English-taught programs, IELTS band 7.0 is required. For German taught programs, German language proficiency is mandatory instead.
